Customer Segmentation

Not all products are for every customer. Customer segmentation is important. It becomes essential to know the target audience to increase the effectiveness of the sales pitch. From the past sales data of retail shops for vehicle accessories in different countries, we did RFM segmentation to give the offer to a particular customer or target the customer. Customers were classified into three categories: Gold, Platinum, and Silver. Almost every sector is in need of customer segmentation. Hence, using KNIME it becomes very easy to carry out the process in an automated way.
