Rental Price prediction using ML
This project is specially designed for people who belong to non-technological backgrounds. We predicted prices for NYC rental Airbnb. Using a specific approach, the analysis was carried out.
The data was imported using KNIME. The contents of the file were read. The irrelevant are the missing data were removed or filled out respectively. The data was analyzed using the features of KNIME. Extraction of features followed by implementing ML model helped in training the model. The model was evaluated and efficiency parameters were calculated.
