Nikhil Shah


Nikhil specializes in driving business model transformation, developing Global Alliances, building Products/Solutions, Marketing and Corporate Strategy. He also served on the board of Broadband forum (BBF), which is one of the leading industry standard body, where he held other leadership positions. He is actively supporting BBF as APAC ambassador. Mr. Shah is a frequent speaker at various conferences worldwide including FICCI Frames, 5G India Leadership Summit, LTE Innovation Summit, IDC Telecom Summit, CTIA and various academic institutes on future technologies etc. Earlier, he served as a VP, Global Business Development at Crest Data Systems, where he primarily focused on SDN, Data Center, Data Analytics domains for clients like Cisco, Splunk. From 2006-2014, he was with Juniper Networks (Sunnyvale, CA & APAC), where he lead Advanced Technology Team to support Global service providers and enterprises for the mobility infrastructure and edge business, Software defined Network (SDN / NFV) strategy for APAC, and driving strategic alliance with Nokia, Ericsson and IBM. From 1998 to 2006, he was with Lucent / Bell Labs (Westford, MA), where he held various positions ranging from system engineering, to network architect for ATM/Frame Relay, Ethernet and IP/MPLS technologies. He has designed some of the largest service providers’ networks across the Globe.Later in the product management role, he managed partnership with Juniper / Riverstone / Dorado. Earlier, he worked with Zeitnet at Mumbai and Durham, NH (Acquired by Cabletron), TCS (Tata Group) and ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization). He has completed Greater Boston Executive Program from MIT Sloan and SAPM Diploma from Stanford University. He holds a Masters in Computer Science (VJTI, Mumbai) and Bachelor in Computer Engineering (LDCE, Ahmedabad) from India.

Well Experienced in providing market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate business development ideas. Looks after the strategic development -leading recruitment, retention and expanding its corporate culture as the company ramps up for significant anticipated growth in skill development and software development area. Dimple enjoys spending time with her family, reading and travelling places. She is married with two children. She also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming IT professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion.
